Born out of passion for Modern Inspired Western Cuisine, The Rustic Bistro was the brainchild of Chef Eddy Wan. Chef Eddy helmed more than 10 years of experience in culinary experience in various hotels and chain restaurants. Chef Eddy Prior to Chef Eddy's food stall setup at China Square called The Eddy's Kitchen, he was the sous chef of The Pierside (part of the Mamalade Group) at One Fullerton. His journey as a chef included past stints in Gunther's, Mandarin Oriental, M.Y. Golden Odyssey (an 80 meter privately owned super yacht used exclusively by a senior member of the Saudi Arabia Royal Family). The founder and staff of The Rustic Bistro warmly welcome you and our strong belief is to deliver good unpretentious Modern Inspired Western cuisine in a casual and relaxed setting.
